HOW-TO-DRY-BRUSH
1. Start by lightly massaging your right and left supraclavicular nodes, located just above your collarbone, in a motion out toward your shoulders
2. Stimulate the axillary lymph nodes located in your armpits, by placing your hand in your armpit, pulsing upwards
3. Stimulate the inguinal lymph nodes located at the top of your thigh, massaging c-strokes upward
4. Stimulate the popliteal lymph nodes, located behind the knee, pulsing upwards
5. Take your dry brush, starting at your feet and moving upwards, brush with long gentle strokes, towards your inguinal lymph nodes
6. Moving to your abdomen, dry brush in a clockwise circle; this is the direction your colon runs and will help stimulate your digestion, then brush your abdomen in strokes from the navel down and navel up
7. Moving to your chest, brush towards your axillary nodes in long gentle strokes
8. Moving to your arms, starting at your hands brush with long gentle strokes towards your axillary lymph nodes
9. Finishing at your supraclavicular nodes brushing out towards your shoulders
NOTE: Make sure your skin is completely dry before beginning.
